Two drug arrests within minutes and blocks of each other in Wilkes-Barre

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A man with a warrant for his arrest is now facing more charges.</p><p>At 1 p.m. Monday, police found Robert Strother, 27, for whom they had an arrest warrant. Police say Strother allegedly had a pair of brass knuckles in his possession.</p><p>Strother was charged with possessing a prohibited offensive weapon, police said.</p><style>
