<p>STEELTON &#8212; Police are looking for a Pennsylvania woman who failed to surrender to face charges stemming from a <a href="https://www.timesleader.com/news/501743/police-dad-kept-11-kids-in-filthy-home-full-of-feces-meat" target="_blank">filthy home in which 11 children were living</a>.</p><p>Steelton police say 34-year-old Takeya Fluellen was supposed to turn herself in to face aggravated assault and child endangerment charges on Wednesday. But she contacted them and said she decided not to.</p><p>Her husband, Tyree, is held on similar charges in the Dauphin County jail.</p><p>Authorities say their children were found living in deplorable conditions in their home during the summer. Six of the children were sickened by bacteria that causes diarrhea.</p><p>It is not known if the Fluellens have lawyers.</p><style>
