Woman has shoes stolen from apartment while on vacation

Closet closed for the winter

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Suspects Neil Kearns, 51, of Wilkes-Barre and Christopher Charles Youngster, 32, of Tannersville, were observed by an officer in the Intermodal Center.</p><p>Kearns is on the &#8220;No Trespass&#8221; list for the center and when approached by the officer said he just remembered he wasn&#8217;t suppose to be there.</p><p>Both suspects were also under the influence of drugs and were arrested. Youngster had several hypodermic needles in his pockets and marijuana.</p><p>Both suspects were transported to police headquarters.</p><style>
