Two arrested for trespassing while under the influence of drugs

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A 22-year-old woman returned from a four-day vacation to discover two pairs of footwear had been removed from her residence.</p><p>Upon police arrival, the woman reiterated the only items that had been removed were two pairs of shoes. There were no signs of forced entry, however, the three windows in the victims first floor apartment do not lock as the mechanism on the window is damaged.</p><p>The victim further relayed the shoes had been removed from a closet in her bedroom on the east side of the structure. The total loss for the shoes is approximately $390.</p><style>
