APPRISE volunteer counselors recognized

Paddlers to brave the Lackawanna River on Jan. 15 for ‘ShiverFest’

<p>The advisory board of Luzerne-Wyoming counties Mental Health &amp; Developmental Services (MH&amp;DS) honored a number of staff members for years of service with the bi-county human services program during its December, 2015 meeting. Supervisors presented the awards, along with David Wilson, advisory board chairman; David Schwille, executive director, Luzerne County Office of Human Services; Tom Henry, Wyoming County commissioner chairman; and Linda McClosky Houck, chair of Luzerne County Council.
