<p>Commuters could encounter some scattered areas of traffic congestion on the way into work and school this morning.</p><p>Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstate 81, while scattered areas of minor traffic congestion are reported on Interstate 476.</p><p>Some heavy traffic congestion is reported on Route 315 in the areas of the Woodlands Inn, while minor traffic congestion is reported on Route 115 in the area of East Mountain Boulevard.</p><p>The North Cross Valley Expressway is also reporting scattered areas of minor traffic congestion.</p><p>Downtown, Wilkes-Barre and South Wilkes-Barre boulevards are each reporting scattered areas of traffic congestion. Otherwise, areas of scattered minor congestion are reported on Academy and Hazle streets.</p><p>North and South River streets are each reporting minor traffic congestion, along with scattered areas of heavy congestion.</p><p>In Kingston, most of Market Street is reporting areas of minor and heavy traffic congestion.
