Traffic could add time onto the morning commute

<p>The Wyoming Valley could see some rain and snow into the weekend, but sunny skies are expected to round out the week.</p><p>The National Weather Service indicated that it was 17 degrees as of 6:54 a.m. at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport, with light snow reported.</p><p>Mostly cloudy skies are expected today, with a high near 32. Those cloudy skies will follow into tonight, with a low around 32.</p><p>Partly sunny skies are predicted for Friday, with a high near 44.</p><p>Clouds will move into the region on Friday night, with rain likely after 2 a.m. Up to a quarter of an inch of rain could fall, and the low will be around 37.</p><p>Mostly cloudy skies are expected on Saturday, along with a 30 percent chance of rain before 1 p.m. The high will be near 38.</p><p>Mostly cloudy skies are predicted for Saturday night, with a low around 17.</p><p>Mostly cloudy skies will wrap up the weekend on Sunday, along with a 30 percent chance of snow showers. The high will be near 31.
