Small fire at Wesley Village apartment building forces temporary evacuation of residents

<p>Birchwood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center raised $500 from their fall festival and donated the money to buy new Christmas decorations for the Rose Tucker Senior Center in Nanticoke.
