<p>Some areas of traffic congestion could slow down those out for a morning commute.</p><p>Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstates 81 and 476. Some minor traffic congestion is reported on Route 315 near East Main Street, while heavy traffic congestion is reported on Route 115 near East Mountain Boulevard.</p><p>The North Cross Valley Expressway is free of congestion, but some could be encountered on the off-ramps.</p><p>Downtown, minor congestion is reported on Coal and East Northampton streets. Wilkes-Barre Boulevard and South Wilkes-Barre Boulevard are each reporting scattered areas of minor and heavy congestion, while Hazle Street is reporting scattered areas of heavy congestion.</p><p>Academy, North River and South River streets are also reporting scattered area of minor congestion.</p><p>In Kingston, scattered areas of minor traffic congestion are reported on Market Street and Wyoming Avenue throughout the borough.</p><p>For up-to-date traffic information, including traffic cams, visit the Times Leader&#8217;s <a href="https://www.timesleader.com/traffic" target="_blank">traffic page</a>.</p><style>
