Areas of traffic congestion could slow the morning commute

<p>The Wyoming Valley could see some more snowfall this week, but accumulating snow isn&#8217;t in the forecast.</p><p>The National Weather Service indicated that it was 17 degrees as of 6:54 a.m. at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport, with fair skies reported.</p><p>Mostly cloudy skies are expected today, along with a 30 percent chance of snow mainly between noon and 2 p.m. Less than half an inch of snow is possible, and today&#8217;s high will be near 22.</p><p>Isolated snow showers will be possible tonight, with a 20 percent chance of precipitation predicted. Mostly cloudy skies are expected otherwise, with a low around 12 &#8212; the wind chills could make it feel like -2.</p><p>Partly sunny skies are predicted for Tuesday, along with isolated snow showers. The high will be near 23, but wind chills could make it feel like -3.</p><p>Partly cloudy skies are predicted for Tuesday night, with a low around 17.</p><p>Wednesday is expected to bring partly sunny skies, with a high near 29.
