<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A Nanticoke woman driving the wrong way on a one-way street was charged with driving under the influence early Sunday, police said.</p><p>Libby Weatherill, 23, was going the wrong way on South Washington Street at approximately 2:45 a.m., police said. When stopped an officer saw that she was intoxicated, police said.</p><p>Weatherill was arrested and taken to police headquarters where she was given a legal breath test. She was booked and released to a responsible adult, police said.</p><p>Charges were filed with District Judge Rick Cronauer.</p><style>
