<p>The Foster Grandparent Program (FGP) of Luzerne and Wyoming Counties recently held pre-service orientation for eight new recruits in the Wyoming Valley area. Upon completion of the orientation, the group presented a cash donation to Tammy Rogers of the Domestic Violence Service Center (DVSC) for their children&#8217;s program.
