<p>SCRANTON &#8212; Jersey Shore musical group, Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes will perform at 8 p.m. on March 19 at the Scranton Cultural Center, 420 North Washington Ave. The concert will take place inside the Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Theater.</p><p>The band, led by Southside Johnny, is closely associated with Bruce Springsteen &amp; The E Street Band. E Street Band guitarist Steve Van Zandt was co-leader, guitarist, songwriter, arranger and producer for the Asbury Jukes during their formative years, and the group has recorded and performed several Springstein tunes. The band has also played with &#8220;The Boss&#8221; on multiple occasions. Other E Street alumni like Max Weinberg and Clarence Clemons have toured with the Asbury Jukes, and Jon Bon Jovi toured with the band in 1990.</p><p>Tickets for the show range from $32 to $39 and can be purchased at the Fidelity Bank Box Office at the SCC, by calling 570-344-1111 or via applicable Ticketmaster outlets. Doors open at 7:30. Patrons will have access to a cash bar, and light fare will be available for purchase.
