Editor&#8217;s note: This story has been modified to clarify the charges to which the defendant pleaded guilty.WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A one-time supervisor with Cargill Meat Solutions in Hazleton pleaded guilty Tuesday to assault charges after being accused of forcing a non-English speaking coworker into a sexual act.Michael Mark Alberti, 46, of 75 Burma Road, Mountain Top, pleaded guilty in Luzerne County Court to one felony count of aggravated assault. Charges of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and indecent assault were withdrawn, according to court records.According to a criminal complaint, the victim reported on June 6, 2014, that Alberti, her supervisor, forced her to perform oral sex on him while parked in a dirt pull off Near Eagle Rock Resort in Hazle Township.A human resources official at Cargill Tuesday was unable to confirm whether Alberti still worked at the beef and pork processing facility that is located in the Humboldt Industrial Park and employs over 600 people, according to its website.The victim told police Alberti had spoken with her in the past about teaching her English and had asked her to follow him home from work on the night of the incident. The victim, believing she was going to learn English, followed him out of work at approximately 2:30 a.m.Alberti pulled off the road near State Route 924 and she pulled behind him, believing she was going to get directions to his home. She approached Alberti&#8217;s vehicle when he handed her a note that read, &#8220;What do you want now? Show me what you want.&#8221;The victim retreated to her vehicle, but Alberti followed her, sat down in the passenger&#8217;s seat and began to fondle her. The victim repeatedly told him, &#8220;No good. No good,&#8221; but Alberti told her she liked it and continued to touch her.&#8220;Please, I go,&#8221; she pleaded.Alberti then grabbed the victim on the back and head and forced her to perform oral sex on him. She told police she resisted, but Alberti had a tight grip on her.Afterward, Alberti wrote on a piece of paper: &#8220;Do not tell anyone. I can get in trouble. Me your boss.&#8221;Alberti admitted to state police on June 9 he had forced the victim into the act.Luzerne County Judge Michael T.
