Calls for boycott over diversity throw Oscars into turmoil

<p>Aside from some scattered areas of traffic congestion, commuters should have a smooth ride into work and school this morning.</p><p>Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstate 81 this morning, while scattered areas of minor traffic congestion are reported on Interstate 476.</p><p>Minor traffic is reported on Route 315 near East Main Street, but Route 115 is free of congestion.</p><p>The North Cross Valley Expressway is free of congestion, but some could be encountered on the off-ramps. Near the Wyoming Valley Mall, commuters could encounter some heavy congestion Kidder and Mundy streets.</p><p>Downtown, scattered areas of heavy congestion are reported on Wilkes-Barre Boulevard and extending onto South Wilkes-Barre Boulevard.
