March 7 - Juicing: jumpstart a commitment to a healthy lifestyle. March 14- Career decision making. March 21 - The basics of essential oils for a healthier lifestyle and more. March 28 - First time home buyer seminar. April 4 - Five wishes: living wills. April 11 - Health benefits of yoga. April 18 - Health care needs and prevention&#8217;s.
