<p>WYOMING &#8212;Borough police arrested Raymond Fleming, 59, of West Sixth Street, West Wyoming on Sunday.</p><p>According to the police report:</p><p>Fleming was involved in a vehicle crash on Wyoming Avenue at Eighth Street at 5:47 p.m. Sunday, when he fled the scene. A witness followed Flemming to his home and reported the location to the police. Fleming was taken into custody on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.</p><p>Charges to be filed include driving under the influence, driving while suspended in relation to the DUI, leaving the scene of an accident and other traffic violations.</p><style>
