Reward being offered for information leading to arrest of robber of Scranton bank

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; After numerous requests from the public, the Friends of the Osterhout Library, 71 South Franklin St., has added Saturday hours for the popular Book Shop beginning this Saturday.</p><p>The Book Shop is located on the third floor of the library, easily accessible by stairs or elevator.</p><p>The new Book Shop hours are 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 5 to 7:30 p.m. Thursdays and 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays.</p><p>Hundreds of gently used, donated books of all genres are for sale, all starting at $1. More books are added weekly.</p><p>The Book Shop was opened in October 2015 as a new fundraiser of the Friends of the Osterhout Library. Funds raised will be donated to the Osterhout to provide materials and programs that the Library could not otherwise offer.</p><p>In addition, the Friends have added a &#8220;Deal of the Month&#8221; &#8212; February is Buy 1 Get 1 Free for all college students, professors or staff members who show a college ID.</p><p>Volunteers for the new Book Shop are needed.
