<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212;Police have charged Desmond Lissone, 38, of Wilkes-Barre after he allegedly fled police in the area of West Northampton Street at 1:18 p.m. on Thursday.</p><p>Police said that once Lissone was arrested, they allegedly found him in possession of a controlled substance.</p><p>Lissone is charged with flight to avoid apprehension, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.</p><style>
