Man charged after allegedly fleeing police

<p>WILKES-BARRE TWP. &#8212; Keith Marr and Erica Neyhard are facing drug possession charges after an off-duty police officer from Hanover Township saw them allegedly inject heroin in the parking lot of Walgreens in Wilkes-Barre on Jan. 22, according to police.</p><p>The off-duty officer then called the Wilkes-Barre Township Special Investigations Unit, and a traffic stop was made on Route 209 near McDonald&#8217;s, police said.</p><p>Police allege that Marr was in possession of Clonzapem, Suboxone and heroin packets, while Neyhard was allegedly in possession of 11 syringes, six heroin packets and 41 Clonzapem, police said.</p><p>Court documents for Marr and Neyhard were not immediately available.</p><style>
