Winter storm threatens Cape Cod with up to 18 inches of snow

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Police said they observed John Murray at approximately 3:30 p.m. Saturday at the Intermodal Center, having a difficult time talking and with a strong odor of alcohol coming from his breath.</p><p>Police said Murray was taken into custody, cited and held until sober.</p><style>
