<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Grammy, Tony and Emmy award winning musician Barry Manilow has announced that his ONE LAST TIME! tour across North American will be making a stop in Wilkes-Barre.</p><p>Manilow will perform at 7:30 p.m. on March 13 at the Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza. In remembrance of Manilow&#8217;s 1975 hit, &#8220;Mandy,&#8221; tickets prices will start at $19.75 plus fees. Tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. Feb. 10 at NBT Bank Box Office at the arena, Ticketmaster.com, charge by phone at 800-745-3000 or any Ticketmaster outlet.</p><p>With over 50 top 40 hits, Manilow is ranked among the top adult contemporary chart artists of all time. His record sales have exceeded 80 million worldwide, and he is a member of the Songwriter&#8217;s Hall of Fame.
