<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212;Police charged Jazmine Gutierrez, 32, of Wilkes-Barre with simple assault after police responded to an alleged domestic dispute on South Meade Street at 11:12 p.m. on Sunday.</p><p>During the investigation, police said a male victim had physical injuries consistent with his description of what happened. The police report did not provide details on the alleged dispute.</p><p>Gutierrez was arrested, processed and transported to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for arraignment. Court documents indicate she faces charges of simple assault and harassment.</p><p>She is scheduled for a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Thomas Malloy at 10 a.m. on Feb. 18.</p><style>
