Areas of minor, heavy traffic congestion reported this morning

<p>Average gas prices dipped by a penny across the board overnight.</p><p>AAA Mid-Atlantic provided the following data for today&#8217;s average gas prices:</p><p>&#8226; Wilkes-Barre area gas average at $1.94 today, down a penny overnight and down 4 cents in the last week. Diesel at $2.30 today, down a penny overnight.</p><p>&#8226; Pennsylvania gas average at $1.95 today, down a penny overnight and down 4 cents in the last week. Diesel at $2.31 today, down a penny overnight.</p><p>&#8226; National gas average at $1.72 today, down a penny overnight, down 6 cents in the last week. Diesel at $2.01 today, unchanged overnight.</p><style>
