<p>Commuters could encounter some scattered areas of traffic congestion on the way into work this morning.</p><p>Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstate 81, while areas of minor traffic congestion are reported on Interstate 476. Routes 315, 115 and the North Cross Valley Expressway are all free of congestion.</p><p>Near the Wyoming Valley Mall, scattered areas of minor and heavy traffic congestion are reported on Kidder Street. Heavy traffic congestion is reported on Wilkes-Barre Township Boulevard between East Northampton Street and Highland Park Boulevard.</p><p>Downtown, Wilkes-Barre Boulevard and South Wilkes-Barre Boulevard are each reporting scattered areas of minor and heavy congestion. North and South Pennsylvania avenues are also reporting scattered areas of minor and heavy traffic congestion, while South Main, Hazle, North River and South River are each reporting scattered areas of minor traffic.</p><p>In Kingston, scattered areas of minor and heavy traffic congestion are reported on Market Street and Wyoming Avenue throughout the borough.</p><p>For up-to-date traffic information, including traffic cams, visit the Times Leader&#8217;s <a href="https://www.timesleader.com/traffic" target="_blank">traffic page</a>.</p><style>
