<p>Commuters could experience some delays thanks to some areas of traffic congestion this morning.</p><p>Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstate 81, while scattered areas of minor traffic congestion are reported on Interstate 476. Routes 315 and 115 are also reporting scattered areas of minor traffic congestion.</p><p>The North Cross Valley Expressway is free of congestion, but some could be encountered on the off-ramps.</p><p>Near the Wyoming Valley Mall, minor traffic congestion is reported on Kidder and Spring streets. Highland Park Boulevard is reporting areas of heavy congestion near the Wilkes-Barre Township Marketplace.</p><p>Downtown, Wilkes-Barre Boulevard and South Wilkes-Barre Boulevard are each reporting areas of minor and heavy traffic congestion. Areas of minor congestion are also reported on Hazle, North Main, South Main and East North Streets.</p><p>North and South River streets are reporting scattered areas of heavy congestion.</p><p>In Kingston, both Market Street and Wyoming Avenue are reporting scattered areas of minor congestion throughout the borough.</p><p>For up-to-date traffic information, including traffic cams, visit the Times Leader&#8217;s <a href="https://www.timesleader.com/traffic" target="_blank">traffic page</a>.</p><style>
