Areas of minor, heavy traffic congestion could delay commuters this morning

<p>The local and state average gas prices didn&#8217;t budge overnight, but the national average rose slightly.</p><p>AAA Mid-Atlantic provided the following data for today&#8217;s average gas prices:</p><p>&#8226; Wilkes-Barre area gas average at $1.91 today, unchanged overnight and down 3 cents in the last week. Diesel at $2.28 today, down a penny overnight.</p><p>&#8226; Pennsylvania gas average at $1.92 today, unchanged overnight and down 3 cents in the last week. Diesel at $2.29 today, unchanged overnight.</p><p>&#8226; National gas average at $1.71 today, up a penny overnight, down a penny in the last week. Diesel at $1.99 today, unchanged overnight.</p><style>
