<p>The 80th annual Heights St. David&#8217;s Day Father and Son Banquet will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Friday at Puritan Congregational Church, 71 S. Sherman St., Wilkes-Barre. The event honors St. David, the patron saint of Wales, and is open to all fathers and sons of the St. David&#8217;s Society of Wyoming Valley membership. Speaker will be John Griffiths, who will be traveling to Honduras to deliver supplies and help rebuild homes. Toastmaster will be society member and Wilkes-Barre councilman Anthony T.P. Brooks.
