Traffic stop leads to drug charges, marijuana and cash seized

<p>The N.E. Pennsylvania Music Teachers Association announces students chosen to perform in New York at Carnegie Hall in March. Judges were: Joelle DeLuca, Plains; Gary Eslinger, Philadelphia; Harvey Feldman, Poconos; Diana Holliday, Wilkes-Barre; Christine Kohl, Wilkes-Barre; Deborah Pyle, Reading and Kathryn Whitaker, New York.
