Myanmar transition set, but president unlikely to be Suu Kyi

<p>Commuters could encounter some traffic congestion on the way into work and school this morning.</p><p>Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstates 81 and 476. Areas of minor and heavy congestion are reported on Route 315, but Route 115 is free of any congestion.</p><p>The North Cross Valley Expressway is free of congestion, but some could be encountered on the off-ramps.</p><p>Downtown, several streets throughout the downtown area are reporting scattered areas of minor and heavy traffic congestion. Affected streets include:</p><p>&#8226; East Northampton Street</p><p>&#8226; Wilkes-Barre / South Wilkes-Barre boulevards</p><p>&#8226; Hazle Street</p><p>&#8226; North / South Main streets</p><p>&#8226; Public Square</p><p>&#8226; North River Street</p><p>In Kingston, scattered areas of minor and heavy traffic congestion are reported on Market Street and Wyoming Avenue throughout the borough.</p><p>For up-to-date traffic information, including traffic cams, visit the Times Leader&#8217;s <a href="https://www.timesleader.com/traffic" target="_blank">traffic page</a>.</p><style>
