Scattered areas of traffic congestion reported this morning

<p>The local average didn&#8217;t change overnight, but the state and national averages rose slightly.</p><p>AAA Mid-Atlantic provided the following data for today&#8217;s average gas prices:</p><p>&#8226; Wilkes-Barre area gas average at $1.92 today, unchanged overnight and up 2 cents in the last week.</p><p>&#8226; Pennsylvania gas average at $1.94 today, up a penny overnight and up 3 cents in the last week.</p><p>&#8226; National gas average at $1.82 today, up a penny overnight, up 3 cents in the last week.</p><style>
