Local, state average gas prices climb back over $2 per gallon

<p>Commuters could encounter some scattered areas of traffic congestion on the way into work and school this morning.</p><p>Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstates 81 and 476, while Routes 315 and 115 are free of congestion.</p><p>The North Cross Valley Expressway is also free of traffic congestion, but some could be encountered on the off-ramps.</p><p>Near the Wyoming Valley Mall, minor traffic congestion is reported on Highland Park Boulevard.</p><p>Downtown, scattered areas of minor and heavy congestion are reported on Wilkes-Barre Boulevard, South Wilkes-Barre Boulevard, East Market Street, Hazle Street and North River Street.</p><p>In Kingston, scattered areas of minor congestion are reported on Market Street and Wyoming Avenue throughout the borough.</p><p>For up-to-date traffic information, including traffic cams, visit the Times Leader&#8217;s <a href="https://www.timesleader.com/traffic" target="_blank">traffic page</a>.</p><style>
