Scattered areas of minor, heavy traffic congestion reported this morning

<p>The local and state average gas prices both climbed by several cents overnight and pushed both over the $2-mark.</p><p>AAA Mid-Atlantic provided the following data for today&#8217;s average gas prices:</p><p>&#8226; Wilkes-Barre area gas average at $2.02 today, up 3 cents overnight and up 10 cents in the last week.</p><p>&#8226; Pennsylvania gas average at $2.02 today, up 2 cents overnight and up 9 cents in the last week.</p><p>&#8226; National gas average at $1.95 today, up a penny overnight, up 14 cents in the last week.</p><style>
