Man issued citation for being unable to pay for cab fare

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; At 12:30 p.m. on Friday, 47-year-old Robin Martin, of Wilkes-Barre, entered Boscov&#8217;s on S. Main Street from the third level of the parking garage.</p><p>Martin selected luggage and then went to the domestics section where she selected several items, including two sets of sheets and a comforter. She then went downstairs to the lingerie department and attempted to return the comforter and two sheet sets without first paying.</p><p>The cashier issued a store gift card since Martin did not have a receipt for the items.</p><p>Loss Prevention took Martin into custody and charges will be filed.</p><style>
