Woman attempts to return items at Boscov’s without paying for them first

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Police were dispatched to the Intermodal Center at South Washington Street at 8:15 a.m. for a report of a male who could not pay his cab fare of $33 from the hospital.</p><p>The male, Dwayne Spak, 51, stated he knew he could not pay the fare, but had things to do in Wilkes-Barre. He was advised that it is in fact illegal to do so.</p><p>Spak was issued one citation for theft of services at the request of the victim.</p><style>
