Apparently the local officials have decided to allocate more dollars to somewhat improve the existing, antiquated arena. So I&#8217;m assuming building a larger seating-capacity arena is not in the forecast.Of course, you can make it a little more attractive; nevertheless, it won&#8217;t promote big-venue acts, unless you can book them for a couple of nights in a row. And I don&#8217;t believe that will happen. Being in the arena business for 13 years, I do have some knowledge on how it operates.Where is the nearest 15,000- to 22,000-seat arena?
