Traffic congestion is at a minimum this morning

<p>Some light snow and colder temperatures are expected in the beginning of the week, but the Wyoming Valley should begin to warm back up as the week progresses.</p><p>The National Weather Service indicated that it was 37 degrees as of 6:54 a.m. at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport, with light snow reported.</p><p>Snow is expected to turn entirely into rain today, with an 80 percent chance of precipitation predicted. Less than half an inch of snow is expected, and today&#8217;s high will climb to 49.</p><p>The chance for rain will carry over into tonight, and there could possibly be a mixture with some snow after 7 p.m. Skies will otherwise gradually clear as the night progresses, and the low will be around 17. Little or no snow accumulation is expected.</p><p>Sunny skies are expected on Tuesday, with a high near 35. Clear skies will follow into Tuesday night, with a low around 20.</p><p>Partly sunny skies are predicted for Wednesday, with a high near 48.
