<p>Cael Ropietski, son of Dara and Joe Ropietski, Harveys Lake, is celebrating his 10th birthday today, April 4, 2016. He is the grandson of Andrea and the late George Fallon of Sugar Notch and Pat and Joe Ropietski of Wilkes-Barre. He is the great-grandson of Jean and Henry Balakier of Sugar Notch and the late Anna Ropietski. Cael has a brother, Eli, 11, and a sister Skya, 8.</p><style>
