<p>Aside from some scattered areas of minor traffic congestion, commuters should have a smooth ride to work and school this morning.</p><p>Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstates 81 and 476. Route 315 is reporting scattered areas of minor traffic congestion, while Route 115 is free of congestion.</p><p>The North Cross Valley Expressway is free of traffic congestion, but some could be encountered on the off-ramps.</p><p>Downtown is generally quiet this morning, but some scattered minor traffic congestion is reported on North and South River streets.</p><p>Kingston is free of traffic congestion.</p><p>For up-to-date traffic information, including traffic cams, visit the Times Leader&#8217;s <a href="https://www.timesleader.com/traffic" target="_blank">traffic page</a>.</p><style>
