Police: Man attempted to steal merchandise from Macy’s

<p>WILKES-BARRE TWP. &#8212; At 9:17 a.m. on Saturday, a woman reported to police that someone stole her purse while she was at Walmart.</p><p>She also told police that her MasterCard that was stolen was used to make purchases in excess of $1,000.</p><style>
