Forty Fort man cited for public drunkenness outside of Boscov’s

Intoxicated man found lying on North Pennsylvania Avenue

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Police said a man reported that when he was sitting watching television Wednesday evening, he heard glass break and saw that his sliding glass door was broken.</p><p>The glass door was checked and the outer pane was broken by unknown means, police said. The man, 25, is a resident at the Sherman Hills complex.</p><style>
