Domestic violence report leads to arrest

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Charges were filed against Matthew Johnson, 26, of Larksville following a traffic stop in the Sherman Hills apartment complex, police said.</p><p>Officers working an extra-duty detail discovered marijuana during the stop around 7:30 p.m. Friday, police said.</p><style>
