Traffic stop leads to marijuana possession charges

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Police said an intoxicated driver was arrested on an outstanding warrant for driving under the influence Saturday night on Mill Street.</p><p>Rafael Grullon Sr., no age or address provided, was stopped just after 9 p.m. for vehicle-code violations, police said. Grullon was allegedly intoxicated and a records&#8217; check showed he was wanted, police said. He was arrested for driving under the influence and the warrant, police said.</p><style>
