UNION TWP. &#8211; Freshman Emilee Bobos drove in the game-winning run in the top of the ninth inning to lead Hanover Area to a 7-6 victory over Northwest Thursday in Wyoming Valley Conference Division 3 softball action.Bobos finished the afternoon with two hits and an RBI. Michelle McNair hit a home run. Shannon Keating provided a 3 for 5 effort from the plate with a double and three RBI.Mary Kate Penczkowski went all nine innings, allowing seven hits and four earned runs. She struck out eight.Courtney Cragle hit a two-run home run in the sixth for the Rangers.Nanticoke 7, Lake-Lehman 1Nanticoke&#8217;s Vanessa Tocket allowed two hits over seven innings with one walk. Kiera Brown went 3 for 4 with two runs scored and a double. Jenna Lipkowski homered and drove in a pair of RBI.Jill Ambrose had one of the Black Knights&#8217; two hits and scored the lone run.Meyers 13, GAR 1Lexi Bruno hit a grand slam and scored three runs as Meyers knocked off GAR in five innings.Bruno also pitched three innings of no-hit ball for the win.
