Letter to the Editor: Research on school consolidation suggests Wilkes-Barre Area should reconsider its plan

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A city man told police that &#8220;rules don&#8217;t apply to me&#8221; after being cited for trespassing at a pizza shop, according to police.</p><p>According to a police report:</p><p>Gregg Smith, 37, of Essex Lane, entered Pete&#8217;s Pizza, 159 Blackman St., at 10:30 p.m. Tuesday. An officer observed Smith enter the business after being advised he was not allowed on the premise by employees. Smith stated that &#8220;rules don&#8217;t apply to me.&#8221; He was advised to leave by the officer and charges for trespass were filed.</p><style>
