Man involved in limousine shooting in February headed to higher court

<p>WILKES-BARRE TWP. &#8212; Police have charged a Stroudsburg man after he was allegedly found driving a stolen vehicle.</p><p>Police said that at 2:14 a.m. Sunday, they found Anel Mujkanovic, 25, in possession of a stolen 2013 Toyota Prius, which had allegedly been reported stolen to the Dickson City Police Department.</p><p>Police also determined Mujkanovic had an outstanding arrest warrant. He was charged with felony receiving stolen property and detained at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for arraignment.</p><style>
