Service Electric franchise contract extended for 10 years in Rice Township

<p>Hats off to Mr. Douglas Fawbush, who was the only one to clean the roadways in Nuangola borough. He did a fantastic job, and he does this on a yearly and daily basis.</p><p>He appreciates his environment and wants to maintain it for future generations. A great guy, he also started a compost section at the Nuangola Recycling Center when he was on council.
