HONESDALE &#8211; Karen Decker has been named Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager of HNB&#8217;s Kingston office at 786 Wyoming Ave..As Branch Manager, Decker administers the operation of the bank&#8217;s office in Kingston. In addition to offering a variety of deposit products and services, she is charged with promoting the growth and profitability of her branch and the institution and providing consumer, mortgage, small business, and other loans.Decker holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a minor in Accounting from King&#8217;s College in Wilkes-Barre, and an Associate of Science in Accounting from Luzerne County Community College in Nanticoke. She successfully completed the Leadership Wilkes-Barre program in 2007, the PA Bankers School of Banking in 2014 and the Advanced School of Banking in 2015.Outside of the bank, she enjoys indoor cycling, antiquing, taking trips to New York City with her five sisters and mother and traveling with her husband, Aaron, to watch him perform comedy. She is the parent of Tatiana, Nicholas and Vasily and grandparent of Svetlana and Nelson.
