<p>The Kiwanis Club of Wilkes-Barre will present the Rev. Dr. Jule Ayers award to Phillippe W. Ouellette III, Children&#8217;s Behavioral Services and Nicholas G. Ouellette, The Graham Academy, for outstanding community service with children at its annual prayer luncheon on Thursday in the Foundation Room at Genetti&#8217;s Hotel and Conference Center, 77 E.
