Kiwanis Club to hold Kiwanis International Prayer Week luncheon

<p>A man was removed from the F.M. Kirby Center by staff on Friday night and was then observed to be acting in a disorderly way, while intoxicated, according to police.</p><p>Police said at about 8 p.m. John Simchock, 47, was issued a non-traffic citation and released to a responsible party.</p><style>
